The starting situation
Kuwait Engineering Group is a multidisciplinary architectural and engineering consultancy with 50+ years and 150+ major projects behind it — a genuine, verifiable track record. The problem wasn't credibility on paper; it was that none of it was easy for a prospective client to actually find and evaluate on the existing site.
The problem
Engineering and consultancy clients in Kuwait make slow, deliberate decisions — often multi-million-dinar ones — and they research accordingly. A site that buries its project history, doesn't state its numbers plainly, or makes it hard to find sector-specific work (commercial, residential, infrastructure) loses that kind of visitor before a call ever happens.
What I built
The rebuild put the project portfolio at the center of the site rather than treating it as a secondary gallery — for a firm like this, the portfolio effectively is the sales pitch. Longevity and scale (50+ years, 150+ projects) are stated in numbers, not implied through vague language. Team credentials get a visible, dedicated section, since for consultancy clients the individuals on a project matter as much as the firm's name.
Sector-specific pages were built out separately rather than folded into one generic "services" page, so the site could capture targeted searches for each type of engineering work KEG actually does — the same logic covered in Engineering & consultancy firm websites in Kuwait: what actually works, which documents the thinking behind this build in more detail.
SEO work
Technical SEO foundations — clean URL structure, schema markup, fast load times — were built in from the start rather than layered on afterward, plus sector + service page architecture aimed at the specific searches a Kuwait-based engineering client actually runs, not generic industry terms with heavy competition.
What the client said
"Adnan delivered exactly what a firm like ours needs — a website that reflects our track record and makes our project portfolio easy for clients to explore. He was attentive to detail throughout, translating our brand into a clean, professional site without losing technical credibility."
— Ellen Al-Rashed, Interior Designer & General Manager, Kuwait Engineering Group
